About the Role

This position is a fixed-term, outsourced position, and project-based contract that ends upon the completion of the project period. It may be extended if the project period is extended. The successful candidate will be contracted and contractually managed by EliteTecs, but will be fully deployed to work directly within the premises and under the daily operations of one of our major clients in the Telecommunications Sector.

Job Summary

The Sales Officer plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering positive customer relationships through acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prospection and Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify potential customers via cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

2. Achieving Sales Targets
- Meet or exceed sales targets including onboarding, prospecting, and closing deals.

3. Account Management & Service Activation
- Open/close accounts, sign contracts, activate services with related teams.

4. Customer Billing & Financial Follow-up
- Issue bills, follow up invoice settlements with finance team.

5. CRM & Sales Reporting
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports and presentations.

6. Relationship Building & Customer Support
- Build long-term relationships and serve as primary point of contact.

7. Other Tasks
- Additional duties as assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements
Eligibility:
- Yemeni National with valid National ID (بطاقة شخصية سارية المفعول).
- Maximum 30 years old at application.

Education:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:
- Sales experience preferably in cloud, IT, or B2B technology.

Preferred:
- CSP or CSM certifications.
